What we collect

The relocation planner itself doesn't require any personal information — you can answer all 12 questions and see your community matches anonymously. We only collect personal information if you choose to request your personalized report, at which point we ask for:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• Your planner answers — budget, timeline, household type, and priorities

We also collect basic, anonymous usage data — which pages are visited and when planner steps are completed or abandoned — to understand how the product is used. This isn't tied to your identity unless you've also submitted the report form.

Why we collect it

• To generate and deliver your personalized Palm Beach County relocation report
• To follow up about your move, only if you've opted in via the consent checkbox
• To understand which parts of the planner are useful, so we can improve it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How your report is delivered

Your report is always shown directly on the results page, immediately, regardless of anything else. If you request it by email, we send it using Resend, a third-party email delivery provider — your name, email, and report contents are shared with Resend solely to deliver that email.

Follow-up communication

We only contact you beyond your initial report if you checked the consent box when submitting the form. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Where your information is stored

Submitted leads are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers — the only cookie set is a browser-local session used to let you resume the planner if you go back or refresh the page; it's cleared automatically when you close the tab and never leaves your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
